Who Do You Say? Reading With the People of God #19

DAY 6 OF 31

As you read today remember this:

Whether we like it or not

Trouble will find us and take its best shot

If we are good or bad, it matters not.

But the way to endure and weather the storm

Is not found in this world, it is not the norm.

Troubles will come Jesus says it is true

But He also tells us just what we should do.

Cry out to Him and share all our pain

He can handle it all, we need not refrain.

He is your life when the world is a bummer.

In Him you will find a true overcomer.

Jesus changes Everything

About this Plan

Who Do You Say? Reading With the People of God #19

In this 19th installment, Who Do You Say I Am? explores how Scripture answers Jesus’ question, “Who do you say that I am?” Through Job, we wrestle with God’s wisdom amid suffering. 1–3 John and Jude call us to love, discernment, and faithfulness, while Revelation points to Christ’s ultimate victory. During Advent, weekly readings from the nativity story draw our hearts to the wonder of Christ’s coming. May the Spirit strengthen our faith, deepen our hope, and lead us to boldly confess: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
