Day 17
Affirmation
I will not be anxious about my future. God is already there.
Anxiety will try to hijack your peace. It shows up when you start overthinking, doubting, and asking, “What if?” It creeps in when you lean on emotions instead of leaning on God. But you were not created to live anxious. You were created to live anchored.
The future can feel like a giant question mark. Will I get married? Will I walk in my purpose? Will I be okay? But here’s the truth: God is already in your future. He’s not figuring it out. He’s already mapped it out.
Philippians 4 is clear. Don’t be anxious. Pray. Bring everything to Him: your dreams, your doubts, your questions, your fears. When you trade anxiety for prayer, peace steps in. Not just a temporary peace, but the kind of peace that guards your heart and keeps your mind steady.
If you're anxious, pray.
If you're afraid, pray.
If you're overwhelmed by your relationship status, pray.
If you're tired of waiting, pray.
You don’t have to carry what God is ready to take from you. His shoulders are strong enough. His hands are trustworthy.
You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you can rest knowing who holds it. And His plans are good.
Today’s Assignment
Write down the top three things you’ve been worrying about. Then write a short prayer surrendering them to God. Let peace take the place of pressure.
