The unidentified woman in the passage with triple barriers (a woman, labeled as sinful, and broke societal norms by publicly touching Jesus), a prominent rabbi, and displaying affection towards him. This act was objectionable to Simon, a Pharisee who hosted Jesus for dinner. He questioned Jesus' credibility as a prophet for allowing the woman to touch him. His reaction exemplifies the societal norms: outrage, objection, and potential consequences of stoning. However, Jesus' response was revolutionary: with radical compassion, forgiveness, and restoration challenging societal norms, and embracing radical love.
