30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health Strugglesনমুনা

Day 9: God’s Power
Another scripture that encouraged me throughout my mental health journey was Ephesians 6:10 NIV. It says, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.” This scripture urged me to trust God and to trust and believe in His mighty power. This was a good reminder because, at times, it felt like my mental health struggles had too much power over me. However, when I changed my perspective and compared my mental health struggles to God's power, I recognized that God is more powerful than the challenges I face.
Therefore, I want to remind you that God is extremely more powerful than your mental health struggles. Though it seems like you are defenseless, remember Ephesians6:10NIV. Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Believe in Him and trust His power.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for being all-powerful. Please help me rest in your power, knowing that you are more powerful than my struggles. Help me be strong in you. Thank you for strengthening my faith. It’s in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
