Day 24: The Lord’s Promises

What a joy it is to be a servant of the Lord. There is a special promise from God for us in Isaiah 54:17 AMP. It says, “No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; And every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And this is their vindication from Me,” says the Lord.”

There are multiple promises in this verse. The first being that no weapon formed against us will succeed or prosper. The second one is that we will condemn those who judge us. The third confirms we will have peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition or challenges.

I believe these promises hold true for our mental health, also. When we put our trust and faith in God to overcome our struggles, the weapons formed against our minds will not succeed, those who judge us will be condemned, and we will have peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over challenges.

Prayer point:

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for your multiple promises. Help me hold to them, trusting you and believing your Word. Bless me to overcome my mental health struggles and give me peace, righteousness, and security. Thank you for everything. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
