Held in Weakness
In this episode, we explore what it means to be held by God not in spite of our weakness, but because of it. You’ll hear how the grace of Jesus meets us in our most vulnerable places—not to shame us, but to strengthen us with His presence. When we stop pretending to be strong, we begin to discover the power of being held.
Matthew 11:28–30
🤔 Where in your life are you weak—emotionally, spiritually, or physically? What would it look like to bring that weakness honestly to Jesus?
2 Corinthians 12:8–10
🤔 Can you think of a time when your weakness actually made room for God to show up in a surprising way? Paul says he’ll boast in his weakness. What would it look like for you to stop striving to appear strong and instead rest in grace?
🤔 Take a moment to pray: God, I don't know what to do with my weakness, but I give it to you. Please transform it into something good like you did with Paul's thorn in the flesh and Jesus' cross.

About this Plan

Life can leave us feeling alone, wounded, or weary. But the story of Scripture reminds us that even in our lowest moments, we are not abandoned—we are held. In this 5-day journey, teacher and author Scott Sauls gently guides us through how Jesus meets us in our loneliness, holds us with kindness, walks with us through hurt, and gives us strength in weakness. You’re not forgotten. You’re held.
