Hope and your kingdom assignment

Your kingdom assignment is not only for you, the King, and His kingdom; it will most likely bring hope to people in your circle of influence. When you accomplish your kingdom assignment, you bring the kingdom near. You also bring hope, peace, healing, and justice with your assignment.

As you align your kingdom assignment with seeking the kingdom first in all you do, you will see the impact of your life for redemptive history. Knowing you are living out your kingdom purpose, using your gifts, talents, experiences, training, personality, character, and wisdom to make an eternal difference gives meaning and a sense of fulfillment.

I can’t recommend a better way to live, to explore, to create, or to imagine something greater than you and beyond your lifetime. You may be a lawyer, an engineer, a business analyst, a consultant, a teacher, a coach, a financial professional, a business executive, a social worker, a nonprofit leader, a minister, or one of many occupations. I’m convinced there must be more to life than surviving, paying bills, or even being successful financially. There must be more than accumulating wealth and living comfortably.

To what end are you living if not for the kingdom?

Living for the King, pursuing all the interests of the Redeemer’s kingdom, is the best way to live. Using your gifts, skills, abilities, and experiences as you seek the kingdom is the highest form of personal stewardship.
