Living in Increase (Part 3) - Increase in Purposeনমুনা

Week 3: Know Your Gifting
Grace Gifts
The word “gifts” in Greek is charisma. Charisma is a grace gift, something you didn’t deserve but God gave you. It’s a grace on your life; when you use it, you feel like you were naturally made to do it. A spiritual gift is “a special supernatural ability that God gives to each of His children so that together we can advance His purposes in this world.” We were created to make a difference in the world through the “grace gifts” that God gave us.
God has called all of us to minister to the world around us. Many think it’s enough to have one spiritual experience a week and go about living their lives, and nothing changes. They think it’s the pastor’s job to hear from God, give them a message, pray for them, and much more. But all of us have a role in the body of Christ.
More than 80% of people who call themselves Christians don’t know their gifts or don’t operate in their gifts. If you don’t know your spiritual gifts, I encourage you to take the next step by speaking to a trusted spiritual authority or participating in an assimilation program at your church to begin to discover your spiritual gifts!
