God has saved you over and over again. First, helping you to rise above small challenges, then bigger ones. Thus there is no need to fear any new or bigger giants that may come your way. If God has saved you once, you can be confident He will be there for you again and again. And there’s no need to arm yourself with a sling and some stones. You don’t need them—for God is ready, willing, and able to not only deliver you but to fight the battle for you, over and over again.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for continually delivering me from the threats— seen and unseen—that come against me. With You by my side, I am confident in Your constant protection, Your unparalleled love, Your ability to vanquish what I, in my own power, cannot.
