James: Wisdom to Lead: A 5-Day Reading Plan With Nicole Smitheeনমুনা

Key Verse: James 4:10 NIV
10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.
Reflection:
Spend a few minutes in prayer. Ask the Holy Spirit to examine your heart. Where have you been tempted to lead with corrupt or mixed motives, and how has that led to conflict, discord or disconnection with others? Repent of any jealousy, lust, greed, selfishness and pride that the Holy Spirit may reveal to you. Practice steering your heart in the right direction (verses 7-10). Submit yourself to God’s will and draw near to God with a repentant and hopeful heart. Receive His grace, love and direction.
