We’ve all met someone who over-promised and underdelivered. It’s frustrating when a parent, sibling, or teacher makes commitments but doesn’t follow through. The good news is that Jesus is different—every promise Jesus made, whether big or small, was fulfilled. Jesus consistently followed through on His word. Before His birth and even before the Earth was formed, Jesus was the plan. He has always been the fulfillment of God’s promises. We can trust everything Jesus did and said during His time on Earth, knowing that God’s promises to us will always be delivered.

Today, no matter what may seem uncertain in your life, focus on the fact that you can find peace knowing Jesus does what He says He will do. He will always come through, and that’s a promise you can count on.
