Waiting Through Advent With Isaiahনমুনা

What a beautiful picture of the Lord's anointed coming to comfort, to free, and to restore.
He speaks of exchanging our ashes for a crown, and joy for sorrow. Is there an area in your life right now that feels like ashes and sorrow?
Share with the Lord how you feel about Him bringing you joy? What does that look like?
What are some of the places in your life, or your past that feel broken and torn down?
Have you seen some rebuilding in your life?
What does repair look like in practical ways?
Isaiah says that He has given us salvation and godliness. And that He makes our godliness grow.
As you reflect on the previous year, how have you grown in godliness?
Thinking about the year ahead- what are some ways you would like to grow in godliness?
Spend some time talking to the Lord about this.
