Living Out an Encounterনমুনা

DAY 1: Thanksgiving + Praise
We have so much to be thankful for in our God! Everything we encountered of God allows us to walk out with a heart of thanksgiving and gratitude. Our lives are a testimony of the goodness of God in us and through us.
As we encounter God more daily, we become more thankful to Him for what He has done and does through our lives. The Bible says, let everything that has breath praise the Lord. This speaks to me about living permanently with a heart of gratitude and praise for God. God doesn’t promise us every day and every moment will be easy going. But regardless of what we are going through, we can make a decision to live in thankfulness and give Him all the praise in every season!
The Bible says that giving praise can be likened to a sacrifice. There will be moments where things don’t go as planned, or trials and tribulations come. That’s when we make a decision to remember what God has done in our lives and give God a sacrifice of praise, despite what we are feeling and going through. Our praise and thanksgiving is so vital because it precedes breakthroughs that we walk into. Let’s be a generation who is eternally thankful and lives a lifestyle of praise everywhere we go.
Prayer: God, we desire to be people who praise and worship you. Help me to live gratefully. You've been so good to me. Amen.
