SOAP: Acts 13:22 God recognized David’s devotion and called him a “man after My heart.” David was completely yielded to God’s will and His only ambition was to please God. How’s your heart? A heart fully devoted to God is a rare treasure. When we seek to please God’s heart, it impacts our values, our desires, our words, and our actions. We fully trust Him to provide for us and protect us. We seek to know Him by devouring His Word. We constantly thank Him for blessing our lives. We long to obey and are quick to repent. God loves a heart that is fully surrendered to Him. Lord, have Your way in me today. Give me a desire to obey. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart please You in every way. Amen.
