Pray:  Invite. Spiritual Challenge: Take a vow of silence. Just for a day. Make sure to tell people who need to know that you will be doing it and then spend the day trying not to talk. I’ve personally done this and it was really eye opening to a lot of things, but it also helps you to remember to listen to people and to listen to God first. It’s also suggested that you don’t text anyone during this time either or write anything down to communicate with.
