God Cares for You Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd. I have everything I need. It was harvest time in Bethlehem. Ruth went to a field to pick up some leftover grain there. Boaz was the owner of that field. He had heard how Ruth had been taking care of Naomi. He called Ruth and said she could continue collecting grain in his field. Moreover, he allowed Ruth to drink from the water jar when she got thirsty and to eat with the other workers. Boaz even told his workers to purposely leave some grain for Ruth to pick up. So, every day Ruth brought home so much grain and Ruth and Naomi always had enough food to eat. That was how God rewarded Ruth for her faithfulness to Him and to Naomi, her mother in law. God took care of both of them through Boaz. The Bible says that God will take care of His children. You can always trust God that He will always provide all of your needs. No matter how small or insignificant your need may seem to you or to others, it is never too small or unimportant to God. If it matters to you, it matters to God. He is willing to take care of your every need because He cares about you. Prayer Dear God, I know that You care about every aspect of my life. Guide me in my daily life with Your loving care. Amen.
