MORE FAITH, PLEASE I've often been amazed at my Christian friends who have overcome horrible tragedy yet have not lost faith. Instead, their faith became stronger. Faith is the fuel of the Christian life. Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) states, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." Faith is an absolute belief that God is at work in and is aware of every aspect of our lives, even when there is no tangible evidence supporting that. As you develop and grow in your faith, believing more and more in God, His character, and His promises, you'll see your faith increase and your fear decrease. Reading and hearing God's Word and meditating on it is a surefire way to strengthen your faith. Over time,  you'll develop a confident and secure faith that pleases God, and for which He will richly reward you. God's Word is rich with promises. He is not a God of fear but a God of hope, love, compassion, and wisdom. He commands us,  "do not be afraid. " Faith overcomes fear of any kind, and God gives us a spirit of power not of fear. Become fearless in approaching God and step out with confidence in faith. Trust Him to lead you, and you will become fearless to face anything! We hope this plan has encouraged you!
