Tiomna Nua 1970
Ba é Cosslett Ó Cuinn (1907-1995), ministéir in Eaglais na hÉireann, a d'aistrigh Tiomna Nua tar éis dó post mar Ollamh le Gréigis an Bhíobla a ghlacadh i 1961 ag Coláiste na Tríonóide, Áth Cliath. Tá an t-aistriúchán bunaithe ar Revised Standard Version an Bhéarla agus ar an nGréigis príomhdha. Blas Ultach atá ar an leagan. D'fhoilsigh Cumann Gaelach na hEaglaise (Irish Guild of the Church of Ireland) é i 1970 le cabhair ón Hibernian Bible Society (a nglaotar an National Bible Society of Ireland anois air).
New Testament 1970
Tiomna Nua (New Testament) was translated by Church of Ireland minister Cosslett Ó Cuinn (1907-1995), after he took up the post of professor of Biblical Greek at Trinity College, Dublin in 1961. It is based on the Revised Standard Version (RSV) in English and the original Greek. It has a distinct Ulster dialect. It was published in 1970 by Cumann Gaelach na hEaglaise (Irish Guild of the Church of Ireland) with the assistance of the Hibernian Bible Society (now called the National Bible Society of Ireland).
