Any veteran educator will tell you, the key to getting students to memorize complex information quickly is to present it through mnemonic devices, rhyme, lyrically, or in music. This is true for all students, regardless of age. This short devotional aims to help “students of the Word” remember and apply the Ten Commandments – as outlined in Deuteronomy 5, in conjunction with other reinforcing Scriptures – through a series of four sonnetic poems.
