because I have it received from the L-rd, which I have you (PL) also handed over, that the L-rd Yehoshua did in the night, in which he was handed over become, took bread; and making a blessing, did he it break and said: this is my body, which is being broken for your sake; do the these in memory of Me.

but let a man himself test/prove, and so eat from the bread and drink from the cup. because who it eats and drinks unworthily, that (one) eats and drinks a judgment for himself, because he did not make any distinction between the the L-rd's body.

consequently, who it eats this bread or drinks this cup of the L-rd unworthily, that (one) is guilty himself against the body and the blood of the L-rd.
