Fully Loved, Fully Known: Known by God. Loved Without Limits.නියැදිය

Many of us live on the Treadmill of Life. Wake up, eat, work, scroll, sleep – repeat.
Fridays feel like freedom, Sunday nights feel heavy, and Mondays? The treadmill cranks up all over again. That isn’t really living, is it?
I know, because I’ve been there. From the outside, my life looked like a success story: young doctor, happily married, beautiful daughter, promising career. But on the inside, I felt trapped. I was wearing a mask, going through the motions, waiting for weekends to feel alive.
The problem was I had chosen my career out of the wrong motivation.
In school I loved literature, languages, creative writing – even music and drama. But back then in my culture singing wasn’t a respected career, especially for a woman, and writing was met with, “How are you going to make a living doing that?”
On the other hand, I was an A+ student in physics, chemistry, and biology, so medicine was the logical and most prestigious choice. There weren’t many women in science and even fewer women doctors.
Plus, my older sister was already in medical school, so my family would enjoy the added status of not just one woman doctor in the family, but two!
In the end, my career choice was motivated more by a sense of status and security, rather than passion or purpose. I had chosen my career, wanting to prove my self-worth.
But here’s the truth: whenever we try to build our value on achievements, status, or other people’s approval, it never satisfies.
As one of my clients, a high-powered CEO, once told me: “Everyone thinks I have it all — the house, the car, the title. But every day I sit at that desk, I can’t help feeling there has to be more to life than this.”
So, what shifted for me? I learned that God had already written my story. Psalm 139 says He knit me together on purpose. Every day of my life was recorded in His book before I lived a single one.
That meant nothing about me — my background, my gifts, even my quiet personality — was an accident.
The very things I once dismissed as weaknesses — my listening ear, my love of reading, even my cultural “misfit” background — became the very tools God used in my calling as a coach, writer, teacher, and speaker.
I stopped chasing worth in achievements and started receiving my worth as someone fearfully and wonderfully made by a loving Creator.
The same is true for you. Nothing about you is wasted. God has already written your story and equipped you with the exact traits, skills, and strengths you need for it.
You don’t have to prove yourself or live someone else’s script. Your only task is to step fully into the one He’s written — the one that already fits you perfectly.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for creating me intentionally. Guide me by Your Spirit and give me courage to boldly live the story You’ve written for me.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Tomorrow, we’ll discover how your uniqueness isn’t a weakness – it’s your edge.
