එම්බා බලවත් මනුෂ්‍යය, නුඹේ දුෂ්ටකම ගැන උදාරම් වන්නේ මක්නිසාද? දෙවියන්වහන්සේගේ ඇස් ඉදිරියේ නීචයකු වූ නුඹ, දවස මුළුල්ලේ උදාරම් වන්නේ මන්ද? රැවටිල්ල අභ්‍යාස කරන නුඹගේ දිව, විනාශය සැලසුම් කරයි; එය මුවහත් දැළි පිහියක් වැනි ය. නුඹ යහපතට වඩා දුෂ්ටකමට ඇලුම් කරයි; ධර්මිෂ්ඨ වූ දේ කතා කිරීමට වඩා බොරුවට ඇලුම් කරයි. සෙලා එම්බා රැවටිලිකාරී දිව! අනර්ථකාරී හැම වචනයකට ම නුඹ ඇලුම් කරයි. එහෙත් දෙවියන්වහන්සේ සදහට ම නුඹ බිඳ දමන සේක; උන්වහන්සේ නුඹ අල්ලා, නුඹේ වාසස්ථානයෙන් නුඹ ඇද දමන සේක; උන්වහන්සේ ජීවතුන්ගේ දේශයෙන් නුඹ උදුරා දමන සේක. සෙලා ධර්මිෂ්ඨයෝ ඒ දැක, බය ව, ඒ මිනිසාට සිනාසෙමින්, මෙසේ කියන්නාහ: “මෙන්න මේ මිනිසා, මොහු, දෙවියන්වහන්සේ තමාගේ බළකොටුව කර ගත්තේ නැත; ඔහු තමාගේ මහ ධන සම්පත් මත විශ්වාසය තබමින්, බලයෙන් වැඩුණේ අනුන් විනාශ කරමිනි.” එහෙත් මම, ඔලීව ගසක් මෙන් දෙවියන්වහන්සේගේ ගෘහයෙහි වැජඹෙන්නෙමි; මම සදාතනයෙන් සදාතනයට දෙවියන්වහන්සේගේ නොමියෙන ප්‍රේමය තුළ විශ්වාසය තබන්නෙමි; ඔබ කළ ඒ දෑ නිසා, මම සදහට ම ඔබ පසසන්නෙමි; ඔබගේ නාමය යහපත් නිසා, ඔබගේ ශුද්ධවන්තයින් ඉදිරියෙහි ඔබගේ නාමය තුළ මම බලාපොරොත්තු තබන්නෙමි.
