Those who seek, trust, and delight in God find lasting reasons to rejoice because of His love, help, and faithfulness. Rejoicing is also intentional, expressed through worship, gratitude, encouragement, and positive speech. A grateful heart protects joy, while complaints, comparison, and self-focus gradually drain it.
