Dear God,
You say that there is a time for everything and that You have made everything beautiful in its time. Help me to live in the present and to find the beauty in this season of my life. If I am going through a time of pain or waiting, help me be intentional in seeking the beauty You have for me right now.
Remind me that You are an expert at transforming stories and that You have already won every battle—so You have also won mine. Everything the enemy tries to use to destroy me, You always turn into a victory for Your glory.
Remind me that this is where my faith is put into practice: walking in the assurance of what is hoped for and the conviction of what I cannot see. Help me to wait with joy and patience, and to live in peace, trusting in You.
You had control over my past, Lord, and You restored it; and You will also have control over my future, for You are already at the end of my life and promise to be with me in every stage until that moment comes. Help me to live and enjoy the present, Lord, with my eyes wide open—I don’t want to miss what You have for me.
I know that when this season ends, I will be enjoying answered prayers and will have a beautiful testimony of Your faithfulness.
