The Path of TransformationSample

The Encounter That Changes Everything
Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5, 6, and 7), where He taught the theory of the Kingdom, and moves into practice in chapters 8 and 9. Coming down the mountain, He does not shy away from human pain; He meets people in critical states: the sick, the demon-possessed, and even those considered dead. The cleansing of the leper teaches us that transformation begins with the courage to draw near and the humility to recognize Christ's sovereignty: "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean."
Practical Application: Identify today which "leprosy" (sin, addiction, or trauma) has been isolating you. Approach Jesus in prayer with the same sincerity as the leper, placing the control of your healing in His hands.
