10 Days to SurrenderSample

You ought to know the truth
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. (John 3:16–18, NASB)
God’s love for you is not shallow or temporary. It is real, steady, and proven. Scripture says God loved the world so much that He gave His Son, Jesus, so that anyone who believes in Him will not be lost but will have eternal life. That means God is not far away from your life, even if you’ve felt far from Him. He sees you clearly, and He still moves toward you with compassion.
But God’s love also tells you the truth. Jesus didn’t come only to inspire you or help you manage life better. He came because something deeper is wrong in the human heart, including yours and mine. When you live life without God, it doesn’t just affect your “religion,” it affects everything: how you handle stress, what you pursue for comfort, and what you do when nobody is watching. Jesus came to save you from more than consequences. He came to save you from sin itself.
God’s goal isn’t to shame you. It’s to rescue you! The apostle John says Jesus didn’t come to condemn the world but to save it. God is inviting you into the light, not because He wants to embarrass you, but because He wants to heal what’s been broken and hidden within you.
Reflection
If God’s heart toward you is about your rescue, what keeps you from coming to Him honestly?
Surrender Step
Today, I will stop assuming God is against me and consider that He is inviting me to be saved.

About this Plan

What’s holding you back from fully surrendering your life to Jesus? Over the next ten days, you’ll be reminded that God’s love is steady, sin is real, and grace is greater than your shame. Each day includes Scripture, a brief devotional, reflection questions, and one clear “Surrender Step” to help you respond personally. This isn’t about trying harder or cleaning yourself up first. It’s about coming into the light, trusting Christ fully, and letting Him make you new. Start where you are. God is already moving toward you.
