DAY 1 — READY TO WORSHIP

Finding Jesus at the Door

Jesus is closer than we think. He isn’t hiding. He isn’t distant. He isn’t waiting for us to clean ourselves up before He draws near. Revelation 3:20 reminds us that Jesus is already at the door, knocking, patiently waiting for our attention.

Worship is often the first-place readiness begins. When we worship, we lift our eyes off distractions and fix them on Him. Worship isn’t just singing; it’s a posture of the heart that says, “Jesus, You are welcome here.” It creates space for us to notice His presence and respond to His invitation.

Readiness doesn’t mean having everything figured out. It means being willing. Willing to pause. Willing to listen. Willing to let Jesus interrupt our routine.

Today, let worship be your open door.

TODAY’S PRACTICE

10 Minutes – Worship

Play a worship song or sit quietly and tell Jesus who He is to you. No agenda, just adoration.

10 Minutes – Word

Read Revelation 3:20 slowly. Read it again. Imagine Jesus standing at the door of your heart.

10 Minutes – Waiting

Sit in silence. Don’t rush. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to Him.

REFLECTION

What distractions have made it hard for you to notice Jesus knocking?

DECLARATION PRAYER

Jesus, I am ready. I lay down every distraction, every pull that keeps me from You, every habit that dulls my yes. I hear You at the door, knocking, and today, and every day, I choose to let You in. If readiness looks like worship, I’ll raise a hallelujah.
