The Move of the Spirit Pt. 3 | Transformed for Impact Sample

One Voice, One Body
When the Spirit was poured out, voices were released. Peter, once timid and uneducated, preached with clarity and boldness. People from different nations heard the gospel in languages they understood. God’s Spirit made the message accessible.
The fresh move of the Spirit still does this today. God empowers us to communicate His truth in ways that connect across cultures, generations, and experiences. When the Spirit speaks through us, barriers fall.
Pentecost also revealed God’s heart for unity. The Spirit was poured out on a community, not isolated individuals. In a divided world, God’s move brings people together with shared purpose and shared love.
We are called to live as essential members of the body of Christ, using our gifts to build one another and reflect God’s justice and compassion. A Spirit-filled life is a community-focused life.
God fills us so His love can flow through us, bringing unity, hope, and transformation wherever we go.
Reflection Questions:
How can your voice be used to share God’s love more clearly?
Where is God calling you to strengthen unity within His body?
Takeaway:
The Spirit fills us to speak life and build unity.
About this Plan

The goal of the Upper Room experience at Pentecost was to transform people. This three-day plan, the final part on Experiencing the Move of the Holy Spirit, explores what happens when the Holy Spirit takes His rightful place in our lives. This devotional focuses on the inner and outer work of the Spirit in us. As you journey through these days, may you experience not just spiritual filling but lasting transformation that flows into service, unity, and witness.
