WEEK 1: A PEOPLE GOD CAN USE

DAY 1: EVERYONE HAS A PART

Jesus noticed something most people missed. In a crowded place, He pointed out a poor widow who gave just two small coins. It didn’t look like much compared to what others gave—but Jesus saw her heart. Others gave out of what they had extra. She gave sacrificially. She trusted God with everything she had. That’s what it looks like when we say we live by faith. Faith isn’t always loud or flashy—sometimes it’s a small next step that says, “God, I trust You." We might think, “What I have isn’t enough,” or “Does what I do really matter?” But Jesus shows us that faithfulness matters more than size. When we choose to live by faith and take next steps, God sees it—and He uses it.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for seeing me and noticing even the small things I do. Help me trust You with what I have and give with a willing heart. Use my choices—big or small—to be part of what You are building. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
