O Holy Night

The birth of Jesus was not just a historical event — it was the breaking of divine light into the darkness of humanity. Malachi’s “Sun of Righteousness” points to Christ as the One who brings spiritual healing and restoration to those who revere God. Luke echoes this truth, declaring that the “sunrise from on high” has come to bring light to those in darkness. Theologically, this moment marks the transition from law to grace, from shadow to substance, from waiting to fulfilment. The light of Christ reveals sin, yet offers forgiveness and renewal to all who turn to Him. When Jesus entered the world, the long night of separation from God came to an end. His coming was the dawn of salvation — the beginning of a new reign of peace, truth, and reconciliation with God through the cross.
