Examination of the heart is necessary to make sure we are where God wants us to be. Throughout the Bible, we see Jesus have a heart for people, a heart that breaks for the widow, the orphan, and the lowly. Do not look at your "outward appearance" when testing your heart. Many things can mask what lies within. Take some time to examine your heart.
With the understanding of who Jesus is, what he desires, and what he asks from us, do you have the heart of Christ?
About this Plan
Forgotten Ministries is a ministry dedicated to mobilizing churches. One of our key outreaches that we use to partner with churches is our "Tellgate Grill." We used content from our teaching series to create this plan. It is designed to encourage, admonish, and equip churches to leave comfort and accept the call to missions, living an active Christian lifestyle. We encourage small groups to go through this together, sparking conversation and growth as a group.
