Raising Kingdom-Minded Children in a Broken World - 30-Day DevotionalSample

Day 10 – Worship in Everyday Life
Scripture: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” – Psalm 150:6 (NIV)
Reflection
Worship is not only about singing songs at church. It is about giving God our love and attention in daily life. Children learn worship when they see us thanking God, praising Him for His goodness, and including Him in our everyday moments.
We can worship together as a family through music, prayer, or even by noticing God’s beauty in creation. When our kids learn to see worship as a lifestyle, they understand that God is worthy of praise at all times, not just on Sundays. Worship teaches them to shift their focus from problems to the greatness of God.
Biblical Affirmation for Your Children
“My children will learn to worship God with joy in everyday life.”
Prayer
Lord, help me to teach my children that worship is more than music; it is a way of living. Fill our home with songs of praise and hearts of gratitude. May our family always find joy in lifting You high. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Action Step for Parents
Play a worship song together today. Sing along as a family, or simply listen and talk about why praising God matters.
