Zechariah 6:9-15 shows us that God is preparing a priest who will also be a king—an anointed ruler who will build the true temple of the Lord and bring lasting peace to his people. This passage foreshadows Jesus, the ultimate priest-king, who purifies his people and reigns over God’s eternal kingdom.
