5 Minutes That Change Everything: Meeting God in the MomentsSample

Five Minutes Today. A Lifetime Ahead.
Spending time with God isn’t about checking a box—it’s about relationship. And relationships grow over time. You might feel like five minutes isn’t enough—but every step matters.
God is patient. He’s not asking you to be perfect. He’s simply inviting you to be present. Five minutes today can turn into ten next week. Or maybe it stays five. That’s okay. What matters is the direction, not the speed.
“And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6, ESV). You’re not carrying the weight of your spiritual growth—God is. Your job is to show up. He’ll do the rest.
If you’ve started this plan, you’ve already said yes. That’s a big step. Keep going. Keep returning. He’s not going anywhere. And the more you meet with Him, the more you’ll want to.
Gospel Truth: Your growth isn’t on you. It’s the work of Jesus in you (Galatians 2:20, ESV). And He’s not done.

How can I keep a daily rhythm with God going—even if it’s just five minutes a day?

About this Plan

Feel too busy for God? You’re not alone. Life can be full—work, school, parenting, or all three. But even five minutes with God can make a real difference. This 7-day plan is for people who want to grow spiritually but feel short on time. Each day offers simple Scripture-based reflections to help you slow down, refocus, and connect with God. He’s not after your performance. He wants your presence. You don’t need to do it all. Just start with five minutes.
