I Am With You.

Day 1 of 3 • This day’s reading

I Am With You.

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” Isaiah‬ ‭43:2‬ ‭KJV

God is with you through the storm. God will not leave you. As you pass through the waters, God is with you. God will never leave you or forsake you. God is with you as you “go through.” Don’t focus on the wind and waves of life, focus on God. Don’t focus on the storm, fix your focus on God. Let God lead you. He is right there with you.

The flood will not overtake you. He is your standard. He is your protection, comfort and shield. God will not allow you to sink. He is right there by your side. When God is for you, who can be against you?

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Passest” is, ‘abar’ (H5674) which means, “Pass over, cross, cross over, march over, overflow or to go over.” Let God cross you over to the other side. Let God stabilize you. Let your feet follow His Word. When you pass over, know that God was with you all along. He’s waiting for you at the finish line. He is going to carry you through. ‭‭

2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ states, “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
