“The Cover of Love”
Think of all the sins that the love God has covered by the blood of Jesus. This is what truly heals a wounded heart. In order to heal properly not only do we need to extend love to those who have or we think have hurt us. We need to extend that same love to ourselves for the feelings that we have. Many times we make things worse when we get mad at ourselves for the feelings that we know are wrong yet we hold on to them. Letting love cover those to and forgive yourself.
