The Ten Trials of Abraham - Genesis 13 - "Led By Faith" - April 26

Join us in worship on Sunday morning at 8:30 and 11 AM, with our worship team, choir, and orchestra leading us in songs of gratitude and praise. In both services, you’ll hear a message about what the Bible has to say about the challenges we face each day. You're also invited to study the Word with us in Connection Groups on Sunday at 9:45 AM.

Abraham: Led by Faith
Lot: Led by Sight
Longinus “I cannot discover on consideration how, if we value boundless wealth, or to speak more truly, make a god of it, we can possibly keep our minds safe from the intrusion of the evils that accompany it. In close company with Wealth there follows, Extravagance: And when they have spent some time in our lives, they build a nest there and promptly set about begetting children; these are Swagger and Conceit and Luxury…And if these offspring of wealth are allowed to grow to maturity, they soon breed in our hearts tyrants, Insolence and Disorder and Shamelessness. This must inevitably happen, and men no longer then look upwards…their greatness of soul wastes away and dies, since they value that part of them which is mortal and foolish and neglect the development of their immortal part.”
