Built for Purpose: Living as a Royal Priesthoodਨਮੂਨਾ

Carrying His Presence
Scripture: Exodus 33:15-16 (NIV): Moses said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.”
Devotional
Moses understood that success without God’s presence is failure. The true mark of a believer isn’t charisma or accomplishment; it’s the presence of God that rests on their life. As royal priests, our greatest privilege is not ministry for God but intimacy with God.
God’s presence transforms ordinary spaces into holy ground. When His Spirit fills you, even mundane tasks become sacred assignments. Like Moses, we must refuse to move without Him. No strategy, talent, or effort can substitute for the power of His presence.
Practicing His presence means cultivating awareness of God in every moment—at work, in traffic, at home, in conversation. It’s acknowledging Him before making decisions, inviting Him into your weakness, and thanking Him in your strength.
When you carry His presence, you become a vessel of peace and restoration. People may not understand it, but they’ll feel it. God’s presence distinguishes His people; it’s what turns believers into beacons of hope in a weary world.
Reflection
1. How often do I pause to acknowledge God’s presence during my day?
2. What would change if I refused to go anywhere without His leading?
Prayer Declaration
Go with me, Lord. Let Your presence be my confidence and compass. May everywhere I step become a place of encounter with You. Amen.
