I Know a Guyਨਮੂਨਾ

Who is Jesus, and why is he so significant to the Christian faith? During this reading plan, we will read from each of the four books of the Bible that tell the story of Jesus (the Gospels). Let’s start by reading the opening of the Gospel of John, which refers to Jesus as “the Word.”
Read John 1:1-18.
- How is Jesus described in these verses?
- What is unique about Jesus according to John?
- Is there one characteristic of Jesus in this section that resonates with you?
John 1:18 says, “No one has ever seen God. But the one and only Son [Jesus] is himself God and is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.” If we want to know God, we must get to know Jesus.
Prayer: Jesus, we want to know you more. Give us life, help us recognize you, and receive your new life.
