現在萬軍之耶和華如此說:你們要省察自己的行為。 你們撒的種多,收的卻少;你們吃,卻不得飽;喝,卻不得足;穿衣服,卻不得暖;得工錢的,將工錢裝在破漏的囊中。」

3 Days
Haggai prophesied in the post-exilic period as God’s people resettled in the Promised Land after being exiled in Babylon. Tasked with rebuilding the temple, Haggai rebuked the people for living in luxury while the temple lay in ruins. Repeatedly, God encourages the people to “consider their ways” (Haggai 1:5, 7), inviting them to reflect on the fruitlessness of their excess and reorient their hearts and lives to Him.

No matter how on fire for Jesus we might've once been, it's easy to just settle into a lukewarm posture that has your life looking more or less like everyone else's. This 4 day plan will remind you of the enormity of what God offers men like you and the high calling he's placed on your life while equipping you to think differently about how you're measuring your own life.
Do you wonder if God has anything to say about your work? Explore key verses from each chapter of the Bible that offer wisdom, guidance, and purpose for everyday work. Part 9: Zephaniah-Malachi
God has called us to build His kingdom, but sometimes that task feels hopeless. Serving at church, investing in others, and sharing God’s love with a world that doesn’t care sometimes feels worthless. In the Book of Haggai, we meet a group of people at another point in history who felt the same way. In this 4-day plan, we’ll see how God encouraged them and what that means for us.
