Do you ever wake up wondering where your healing is? Do you ever question if God has forgotten you in your pain? I am here to tell you He hasn’t. Not once has He forgotten you. This study explores the definition of healing and what it means for believers. We don’t get a free pass from pain and suffering because we are believers, rather it gives us the opportunity to use it for His Kingdom. While healing can be brutal and devastating it can also be beautiful and encouraging, if you allow it, our God will use you.

The book of Job is perhaps the oldest book in the Bible and is part of the wisdom books. Whether it is historically true, that is not the most important question. The story of the wealthy Job who gets all conceivable misery invites you to think about suffering and how you deal with it. The book of Job chronicles testing a righteous man's faith through suffering. Although Job's friends attempt to comfort him, it is only by God's revelation of His wisdom and might that Job finds true comfort. Even in deep suffering, God can do all things, and none of His purposes can be thwarted (Job 42:2).
