This reading plan includes seven daily devotions based on Louie Giglio’s book The Comeback: It’s Not Too Late and You’re Never Too Far. Each reading draws on examples of men and women in Scripture to show how God is in the business of giving fresh starts to people who need a comeback.

Whether we suffer emotional or physical wounds, forgiveness is the cornerstone of the Christian life. Jesus Christ experience all kinds of unfair and unjust treatment, even to the point of a wrongful death. Yet in his final hour, he forgave the mocking thief on the other cross and his executioners.

Geef je trots op en geef je zorgen over aan God. Maar juist jezelf in vertrouwen overgeven aan God staat onder druk op het moment dat je pijn en moeite in je leven ervaart. Juist dan heb je God als je enige, ware schuilplaats nodig. Vertrouw God daarom iedere dag, nu en in de toekomst, vanwege Zijn toegezegde genade.
