Second Year of Nebuchadnezzar
Generally this is believed to be 603-602 BC. The Bible refers to him as 'Nebuchadnezzar' but he is historically known as Nebuchadrezzar II who reigned from 606–562 BC.
The reason for his 2nd year being 603 BC and not 604 BC is that the Babylonians called the 1st year of a new king's reign the 'accession year,' with the 2nd year being counted as 'year 1' and the 3rd year being counted as 'year 2' and so on.
