Next, refresh your heart through prayer as you re-read the passage from Psalm 119. Use it like a prayer. Put the psalmist's words into your own words.

Then, re-read the passage from Psalms Book 3. Ask God to send His Holy Spirit to help you understand Psalms and see Jesus more clearly in it. Ask Him to transform you to look more like Jesus.
