Life with no change for the better stagnates and pollutes itself. It leaves a person with a sense of hopelessness, despair, and frustration. The best hope for any soul is to recognize this despair and frustration within and seek divine help to turn around and transform one's life.

Psalms 120 through 134 are known as the songs of ascent, an ancient mixtape for God’s people journeying to Jerusalem to worship the Lord. Solomon built the temple there, and the glory of God filled that place. In this plan, John Greco explores six of the songs of ascent, providing application for our modern-day journey as image-bearers of God.
