And say this to him, ‘This is what YAHWEH, Commander of Angel Armies, says: “Behold the man whose name is the Branch! He will branch out and flourish from his place, and he will build YAHWEH’s sanctuary.

Yes, he will build YAHWEH’s sanctuary and will be clothed with majesty. He will sit on his throne and rule. He will be a priest ruling on his throne. These two offices will flow together with perfect harmony.
