Entrusted - Stewarding What God Entrusts

DAY 3 OF 5

Stewarding our Testimony

Psalm 107:1–2 (NKJV) – “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.

EVERYONE HAS A STORY

You have a story. I have a story. And together, we are part of a much bigger story — His story. We live in a world overflowing with stories — podcasts, reels, books, movies, and memoirs. But nothing compares to the story of redemption that God is writing in your life.

The moment you met Jesus, your story became a weapon against darkness. Jesus found you somewhere. Do you remember that moment? . He didn’t just clean you up; He called you out. That’s the power of grace.

Stewardship isn’t only about managing resources — it’s about stewarding influence. And your testimony carries divine influence.

YOUR TESTIMONY IS A GUIDED TOUR OF GOD’S GRACE

Every time you tell your story, you give others a guided tour of God’s faithfulness. A good tour guide doesn’t just read a map — they’ve walked the terrain. They point out beauty others might miss, calm fears, and bring the story to life.

When you share what God has done — the miracles, the moments, the messes He redeemed — you guide others toward Jesus.

As Bill Johnson says, “Testimonies are not just stories of what God has done — they are prophecies of what He wants to do again.”

YOUR TESTIMONY DECLARES GOD’S DELIVERANCE

Psalm 107:2 is not a suggestion — it’s a charge: “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.” To “say so” means to go public with your praise.

Remember the man set free in Mark 5? Jesus told him, “Go home to your friends and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you.” And Scripture says, “Everyone was amazed.”

Your story might not sound like a sermon, but it carries the same power.

Revelation 12:11 says, “They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.”

Lisa Bevere puts it well: “The enemy knows the power of your testimony — that’s why he wants you silent.”

YOUR TESTIMONY IS A BRIDGE TO SOMEONE’S BREAKTHROUGH

Your story makes God real. People can debate theology, but they can’t deny your encounter.

Your scars tell a story of survival; your breakthrough makes room for someone else’s belief.

“Every time you share your testimony, you give God credit — and you give others hope.” -Christine Caine.

Like the bridges around the Bay Area — Golden Gate, Bay Bridge, San Mateo — your story connects people to Jesus. It’s an invitation to “Come and see.”

YOUR TESTIMONY IS PART OF A BIGGER STORY

You’re not a standalone story — you’re a sentence in God’s eternal narrative.

Paul wrote, “You are a letter from Christ… not written with ink but with the Spirit of the living God” (2 Corinthians 3:3).

Think of the woman at the well — one encounter with Jesus turned her into an evangelist. Scripture says, “Many believed because of her testimony.”

D.L. Moody states, “You may be the only Bible someone reads this week.” Live it well.

If God has redeemed you — say so.
If He’s healed you — say so.
If He’s delivered you — say so.

Your story might be the seed of someone else’s salvation.

THIS WEEK:

  • Write down your testimony.
  • Share it with one person who needs hope.
  • Post it. Speak it. Live it.

Because every time you tell your story — you point people to His.

About this Plan

Entrusted - Stewarding What God Entrusts

Everything we have — time, talent, treasure, and testimony — is a gift from God, entrusted to us for His glory and Kingdom purpose. Godly stewardship isn’t about ownership, but faithful management of what belongs to Him. When we align our priorities with Heaven’s, our daily choices become acts of worship. This devotional will help you see your life through the lens of divine trust — living wisely, giving generously, and serving wholeheartedly. As we steward what’s in our hands, God multiplies it for eternal impact. Faithfulness today shapes the legacy we leave tomorrow.
