Ephesiansნიმუში

There are legitimate reasons for being angry. But Paul instructed us in verse 26 that in our anger, we must not sin. Although some anger may be justified and righteous, we must, as godly people, make sure what we believe to be righteous anger comes from a place of humility rather than arrogance. We must not let our anger overcome us, “for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God” (Jas. 1:20, ESV).
Say a prayer asking God to help you place your heart in a posture of humility and not let your anger turn into a sinful response of rage and bitterness, but rather self-control.
