As women, we often carry this pain alone, but there are so many others going through a similar time of pain and confusion. This 4-day plan is designed to help you remember a few things: this is not your fault, you are not alone, and you can grieve out loud.

The Psalms do more than express human emotion; they point us to Jesus. In this 4-day devotional, we look at four Psalms that reveal Him as our Shepherd, our King, our Refuge in despair, and the One who removes our guilt.
