But Jesus calls us to live a faithful life, even when it isn't easy. Joseph's story, as told in the Book of Genesis, holds many lessons that can help us make sense of where we are and learn to trust God in the ups and downs.

It is our resilience that allows us to not only survive the challenges in our lives, but persevere and prosper through them. This seven day Bible plan overviews the life of Joseph through the lens of resilience, unpacking the ways in which he handled life’s hardships, and what we can learn from his response.

In this 11-day plan, you will study Genesis 37-50 which will take you through the life of Jacob and his 12 sons who later became the 12 tribes of Israel. These chapters highlight the life of one of those sons, Joseph, and his journey of hardship and forgiveness. We hope you’ll learn the importance of trusting God through difficult times and learning to forgive those who hurt or disappoint you.
